Rent the upstairs of the clubhouse.

• Has a full kitchen.
• Deposit: $500
• Cost: $250 + $30/hour to cover 2 staff members

Rent the downstairs of the clubhouse.

• Occupancy: 25
• Deposit: $500
• Cost: $100 + $15/hour to cover 1 staff member.

Please note: The clubhouse will be unavailable for co-owners to rent from the 3rd week in November through the 2nd week of January. Plus one week before and one week after Easter. There are Fox Chase functions going on at that time.
